What If It Rains On My Wedding Day?

Sheena & Ayana embraced the day! Even though they had their hearts set on exchanging vows in the sand, the wedding location was changed last minute to a private home with a covering in case of rain. The venue, overlooking Anini Beach is gorgeous, and they loved the new location.

Fern of Island Weddings & Blessings officiated the ceremony within a floral circle of orchids. When Sheena & Ayana jumped the broom everyone cheered with pure joy for the happy couple. They didn’t let the weather and changes bring stress to their big day and it was so sweet how they checked in with the one another to make sure each was comfortable during the whole process. It was really special to be with these two because of their genuine and gracious nature. We had a blast, my heart was bursting the whole time.

After dodging all the rain, we went to the beach for their “toes in the sand,” moment. As you can see from their photos, they ended up dancing in the rain, splashing in the water, and celebrating at the beach on their wedding day. So epic.
