Amos | Lihue, Kauai | Family Portraits

Let me stop for a second to tell you that I am seriously the luckiest photographer in the world. Lihue is gorgeous. My clients are always so wonderful to work with. That’s true of my session with the Amos family, too!

I met up with them where they were staying at the Kalanipu`u Resort in Lihue and the weather was perfect for their portrait session. The air was balmy and there was a nice breeze coming off the ocean. While the Lihue weather was fine, it was the Amos family that made this shoot such a blast.  

The son is the adventurer, he found this rad little beach for our photo shoot. It was a bit of a hike down so it gave us time to chat about their Kauai adventures. 

As you can see, this family is not only photogenic, but also a close-knit group who clearly love spending time together. They sure are lucky to have each other. 

We were blessed with a beaming Lihue sunset that covered the whole sky. It was one of those sessions that nature really showed up!
